what i want to know is the league state that alliance teams are not allowed to have contracted players playing for them, so why do we have contracted players playing i.e the premier and nothing has been done about it????

A contracted player is one whose contract is registered at the Football Association Headquarters.
If you know of any in that category - they are few and far between - advise the League with details.
