blaby and whetstone folding??

ive heard rumours of blaby folding just to start back up again next year under a different name and a new pitch just to go into the lower divisions maybe 4 or 5. anybody heard anything on this?

Its not a rumor. Check the announcemen

what it states in the announcements that they have folded and that they will be starting up again with a different name just to go pot hunting

And the CAOB folders comment was about CAOB doing the above!!

Thought CAOB FOLDERS would be a suitable name for the new pot hunting era, spot on newbie......all the usual goons from around that area, thats all they do, they daren't move too far, just into the neighbouring town to start all over again..they've all got webbed feet and like to keep it in the family.

gotta agree with my best mate trinderbox just got mates to join and they have been bumped up to 3 now so its all good

If a lower league team brings in five new players to get promoted, fair play to them, thats what management and transfers are about...

Dont be a tw**,they have finished at the bottom end of div 5 for years and have kept going,they finally got a few players last year and done well,perhaps if you went to last nights meeting you could of got some advice from Steve Kirk their secretary

notts county were crap, got a few quality players in. win division. part and parcel of the game.

as long as the 'superstars' stay its not a problem for the club. its when these so called pot hunters clear off that teams have problems. i say good work trinderbox.

Nothing like Notts County - they used money they didnt have, played against the spirit of the game, cheated and lied their way to the top....although to be fair, i am a Rochdale supporter...

this is also very true.

but in escence most teams do the same thing. 15 out of 20 premier league teams didnt have a sustainable budget last year and are running at a loss (only Arsenal, Blackburn Rovers, Manchester United, Spurs and Stoke City ran at a profit last year)

if the debts were called in then more teams will go bust. unlike Keith Hill's Rochdale who are very much self sustainable.
